The PPF-HY110 is a plate-loaded pendulum squat. Lifters stand on the angled foot platform with the shoulders under the pads and the back against the pad, then squat as the carriage swings on its arc. The pendulum path allows a deep knee bend with the torso supported, putting strong emphasis on the quadriceps and glutes.
