The PPF-HM96 is a plate-loaded power squat machine. Lifters stand on the platform under the padded shoulder and back pads and squat along the arc of the pivoting frame, loading the quadriceps, glutes and hamstrings. With no barbell to balance, it is easy to push hard while keeping the torso supported.
