The PPF-HY77 Plate-Loaded Prone Leg Curl isolates the hamstrings in a face-down position. The user lies on the pad, hooks the ankles under the rollers and curls the heels toward the glutes. The lying position keeps the hips supported so the back of the thighs does the work, while plate loading allows fine progression.
