The PPF-A931 reproduces the classic pullover on a plate-loaded machine. The user pushes the elbow pads down and around in a wide arc, which loads the lats directly while the arms and grip stay out of the way. The backrest and headrest keep the torso stable, and the open cage frame makes it easy to get in and out.
