The PPF-HY109 is a plate-loaded pullover machine. Seated with the elbows against the pads, users drive the arms down and forward in a long arc, training the lats with help from the chest. Pushing with the elbows instead of pulling with the hands keeps the biceps and grip out of the movement, so the lats do the work.
