The PPF-K107 Plate-Loaded Reverse Fly targets the rear deltoids and upper back, muscles that support posture and shoulder balance. The user leans into the small chest pad and sweeps the handles out and back against plate resistance. A rotating handle bar with ball-ended grips lets the wrists find a comfortable position throughout the movement. Plate loading keeps progression simple for every level.
