The PPF-HY62 is a plate-loaded seated calf raise. Seated with the knees under the adjustable pads and the balls of the feet on the platform, users lift the load by rising onto the toes. The bent-knee position shifts the work toward the soleus, the deep calf muscle that standing calf raises reach less.
