The PPF-HM102 isolates the hip abductors from a seated position. With the back against the tall pad and the thighs inside the swinging pads, the user pushes the knees outward against an Olympic-plate load, working the outer glutes and hips. Side hand grips help keep the body still so the effort stays on the target muscles.
