The PPF-HM117 is a plate-loaded seated row. With the chest supported on the pad, lifters pull the vertical handles back toward the body, working the mid back, lats, rear shoulders and biceps. The chest pad keeps the lower back out of the movement, so users can row heavy with good posture.
