The PPF-HY75 Plate-Loaded Seated Row trains the upper back, lats and biceps with a chest-supported rowing motion. The chest pad stabilizes the torso so members can focus on pulling with the back, and the independent arms let each side work on its own to even out strength differences. Plate loading makes it simple to adjust the load for every level.
