The PPF-HM115 is a plate-loaded seated shoulder press. Lifters sit against a steeply inclined back pad and press the lever handles overhead, training the shoulders with help from the triceps. The fixed lever path keeps the movement stable, so users can focus on pressing rather than balancing dumbbells.
