The PPF-HY72 is a plate-loaded seated shrug. Seated against the tall back pad, users hold the low side handles and lift the shoulders straight up toward the ears, training the upper trapezius. The seated, supported position removes the leg drive and lower-back strain of standing barbell shrugs.
