The PPF-K104 Plate-Loaded Seated/Standing Chest Fly isolates the chest with a hugging fly motion. Two swing handles hang from a top pivot and are linked to a plate-loading carriage, so the load rises as the handles come together in front of the body. The machine is designed for use seated or standing, giving coaches flexibility in how the exercise is set up.
