The PPF-HM101 trains hip abduction from a standing position, closer to how the hips work in daily life and sport. The user stands on the non-slip foot plates, holds the grips on the tall frame and pushes the leg out against the upright hip pad, working the outer glutes and hip abductors against an Olympic-plate load.
