The PPF-HM103 lets members train the hip thrust standing up. Braced against the knee/shin pad and holding the grips on the tall frame, the user drives the hips forward against the roller pads on the pivoting arm, loading the glutes and hamstrings. The adjustment dial on the arm sets the start position for different users.
