The PPF-HM100 turns the lateral raise into a stable, loadable machine movement. Standing on the diamond-plate platform with the chest against the pad, the user raises the red linkage arms out to the sides using the grips at the top, isolating the side deltoids. Weight horns above and below accept Olympic plates for progressive loading.
