This hack squat uses a red swing-arm frame to guide the load, giving a smooth arc as lifters squat down and drive back up. With shoulders under the pads and the back supported, the movement trains the quadriceps, glutes and hamstrings with a strong focus on the legs. The raised foot platform encourages depth, and side handles help users stay stable and step in safely.
