The PPF-HY90A Plate-Loaded Wide Decline Chest Press works the lower chest and triceps along a wide, downward pressing path. Compared with the PPF-HY90, it uses a wider frame, giving the press arms a broader starting position. Independent arms allow two-arm, alternating or single-arm sets, and the supported seated position makes heavy decline pressing more accessible. Plate loading makes it simple to adjust the load for every level.
