The PPF-A962 is a seated calf raise that also works the front of the lower leg. With the knees under the padded thigh pads and the balls of the feet on the foot plates, the user raises the heels to train the calves; the tibialis roller then allows the opposite movement, lifting the toes to work the front of the shins.
