The PPF-A973 lets members press overhead from a standing position, the way athletes train, while the lever arms guide the path. Each arm moves independently, so both shoulders work evenly, and pin-adjusted posts set the start height to suit each user. The deltoids and triceps do the pressing while the whole body stabilizes.
