The PPF-HY66 is a plate-loaded V-squat, a type of hack squat machine. Lifters stand on the angled foot platform with the shoulders under the pads and the back against the pad, then squat along the guided path. The supported position lets users train the quadriceps, glutes and hamstrings hard without balancing a barbell.
