The vertical leg press moves the load straight up and down along chrome guide rods, a compact alternative to angled leg presses that saves floor space. Pressing the red carriage trains the quadriceps, glutes and hamstrings with a guided, stable path. Weight horns on the carriage make loading straightforward, side handles add stability, and bottom springs on the guide rods cushion the carriage at the end of each set.
