The PPF-HY67 is a plate-loaded vertical leg press. Lying on the reclined back pad, users press the foot sled straight up along vertical guide rods, loading the quadriceps, glutes and hamstrings. Safety stop handles let lifters lock the sled when finishing a set, and the vertical design takes less floor space than an angled leg press.
